from the Mediterranean area.

 

Collectors, researchers or simply curious people… can all discover, page by page via this link; a collection of more than 2200

antique Oil Lamps and accessories from the Mediterranean area, supported by a Technical and Scientific Bibliography including a picture library.

The second aim in the near future is to launch a private Museum that will welcome passionate people or connoisseurs and which will assist in familiarizing people with the universe of antique Oil Lamps, and in doing so, providing a snap-shot of this virtual world. The desire to exchange, to share and to spread the world will always be our priority.

Of course, errors and omissions can happen so do not hesitate to point them out. Our approach isn’t to claim to enlighten the world, but simply to bring some light on this everyday life little object.
